The hotel consists of 36 elegant and spacious guest rooms, including 21 guest rooms and apartments in the chateau and 15 contemporary villas in a park with century old trees on a different site 400m away called Les residences. Room service is also available.

The restaurant is situated on a hillside, overhanging the Royal River, the lounge bar and the restaurant offer an open view on all the Loire Valley. It serves traditional and international cuisine in a relaxing atmosphere. The wine cellar dates back to the 17th century and was used by the Benedictine monks. The hotel holds various theme nights which includes a wine tasting evening.

Social events can be held at the hotel, either in the restaurant with a capacity of 80 guests or in one of three other rooms which can cater for up to 150 people.

At the hotel there is available a heated outdoor swimming pool surrounded by gardens, miniature golf, tennis courts, pentaque, cycling and a jogging track.
