The hotel has 156 welcoming double rooms, two of which are executive junior suites which are welcoming and comfortable and have been essentially and modern furnished, are designed to make even a work trip as relaxing as possible: complete sound proofing from external noise and many other practical facilities and services. There are also rooms for physically challenged guests.

The restaurant is on the first floor where an old glass factory used to be located. It has maintained the architectural form and is able to seat up to 350 guests. Large and bright, the room can be subdivided to ensure more privacy during business lunches, social dinners or other group events.

The delicious cooking of the chef Sandra Bechi will please the taste and olfaction of even the most demanding guests. National and International cuisine are served daily, with a taste of Tuscan delicacies accompanied by an extensive selection of wine.

The first floor of the hotel is entirely dedicated to the conference centre and connected services. There are five conference rooms of various dimensions equipped with the most modern devices and a cloakroom.

The function rooms are connected to a large foyer which can be used for coffee breaks, cocktails, quick buffet lunches and exhibitions. The plenary room is a recording room and two rooms for simultaneous translations and can accommodate up to 600 people depending on the layout. The other rooms also have natural light and can accommodate a minimum of 10 people up to a maximum of 100 people in a plateau layout. All of the rooms have modern equipment.
