SEIBAL, the hotel's principal restaurant, has a capacity for 120 persons and also offers a private area which will accommodate up to 20 guests. Situated on the hotel mezzanine, the restaurant has both smoking and non-smoking areas. Featured are breakfast and lunch buffets, as well as national and international dishes a la carte.

For lunch and dinner, the Talavera Restaurant reflects the flavours of Mexico with haute cuisine, offering dishes from a collection of recipes from old Mexico and a great variety of wines and tequilas. The restaurant has a casual atmosphere. The menus of both restaurants are available in Braille.
