By car the hotel can be reached via Praterstern or Handelskai simply by following the signs to Messe Wien. Parking is available in the hotel's own garage or the adjacent car parking facilities. The hotel also can be reached easily by public transport using the underground line U1 and tram 21. As from 2008, a new U2 underground station directly in front of the hotel will connect the hotel even closer to Vienna's public transport system.
